Five...
5 miles on the treadmill at the gym today. Mixed up the speeds a little but average was around 9:20 pace. Easy cardio-wise, but my legs and weird near-uterus muscles start feeling it around 3 miles. Plan to hop on the trainer tomorrow morning for 30-40 minutes and take the core class at night. Getting anxious about going back to work, still don't know how I'll get out the door by 7am. Thank god my mom comes Sunday.

TRUST me you will figure out your routine, and it will be awesome. I miss having to get the kids out of the house everyday.. I am a routine person.. You will do great@!! Awesome on the 5 miles.. I need to get there.

I like walking better, But I am still going to the gym everyday and doing the treadmill and doing the nautilus machines..

I have the near-uterus muscle issues, too! Do you think its b/c we both had level 2 tears?? Some days it doesn't bother me and some days it really hurts and I feel like I need to sit down after I run because standing is too much effort.
Great job on the 5 miles and good luck going back to work. I don't think I've yet to make it out the door on time in the morning. We have developed a routine but Zach often improvises by peeing on me or himself or spitting up on me.

Great job on the 5! you are going to get in a routine quickly for school, I am sure of it. The days are going to fly by. I kind of miss it.
